Oral Histories
As part of our research into the history of Bradford Resource Centre (BRC) we wanted to speak with people who have had some involvement over the years - whether as workers, volunteers or users.
We were therefore really pleased when Bradford Community Broadcasting offered to undertake interviews and to edit these where necessary. 18 people were interviewed, mostly in the BCB studio and one group interview was done in a farmhouse in the Dale where friends who had originally met through the local branch of the National Abortion Campaign in the 1980s, were on holiday together!

All but two of the interviews are available to listen to by clicking on the appropriate icon (we haven’t received permission to use the missing two).
They provide a rich perspective on BRC over the years. We could have spoken to many other people, but as those undertaking the interviews were doing it in their own time, there was a limit to how much we could do.
We hope that you enjoy listening to them!
